  • Old Republic referred us to this outfit. We were not sure what to expect based on very mixed reviews posted here. As it turned out, Steve was fantastic. He is not only knowledgeable but also very customer oriented. He fixed the thermostat but was willing to leave the order open over the Memorial Day weekend just to make sure that no other issues popped up after the initial visit. What a great customer service!
