  • I would estimate that I frequent Middle Eastern restaurants less often than those offering most other cuisines. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Tabule. The lunch specials are customizable, meaning that you can substitute various side dishes, salads and sauces to suit your preference. I found the meal to be flavourful and fresh, though the portions were not particularly huge. The staff were very friendly and my friend and I did not feel hassled as we spent the afternoon catching up. Overall, would definitely recommend Tabule for a quick, fresh lunch spot when in midtown.
