  • This Starbucks location is just that, a busy Starbucks location. Drive through time should be understandable no matter what time of the day it is, considering that many people come to Starbucks to do "office runs"....it will take time to make 8 drinks for one car so understand that and be patient. If you want to wait 3 minutes in drive through total time come at 4 AM on Monday-Sat and 5 AM on Sundays. The inside wait depends on the amount of customers at the entire location. No matter the amount inside or outside. The drinks one by one print out in order by what was ordered first at the location. That's including mobile orders. So if you have to wait 15 minutes to get tea poured over ice than you need to take into consideration that there were 10 people's drinks in front of yours and that's why your wait time was longer than expected. The manager and the staff put their hard work and dedication into getting their job done as quickly as possible. They understand if a drink was made wrong and they are very polite in remaking the drink immediately, but if that needs to take place it does slow down the drink order process to stop what they are doing to remake a single drink. Understand that every Starbucks you go to is always going to have customers. What it really depends on is the location. This Starbucks is located right next to a college and 2 plazas. Also it is on 24th st, a very busy crossroad no mater the time of the day. If you don't want to wait, try a mobile order. If not that, go to another location. Simple and it fixes your problem.
