  • I wish you could give zero stars because that's what this place gets from me. Luckily my lease is almost over and I will never come back. Starting with the apartment half of my outlets don't work and some were put on upside down. My microwave split down on the side and the painting on the walls is mismatched from them rushing. All they did was repaint over spots and you can clearly see it. Carpet is coming up because they didn't put it in proper and my cabinets are staring to break. The workers here are lazy and rush there job also never answer the phone or show up. People speed through here like it's a race track all day long. They say they give you a 100 dollars off for renting here for your first time when The apartments are not even close to what they are asking. 1,000 dollar rent for a out dated apartment with work not even done the correct way and stuff constantly breaking. But you get a 100 dollars off your first time so you don't have to pay the original rate at 1,100 what a joke. They say they spray but summer is here and ants are everywhere in the apartments. Renters go somewhere else these reviews are spot on and management does not help at all once you sign that lease. If you got kids do not let them play outside one will get hit with the way people drive in here. Seems more like a section 8 complex then luxury. Maintence is a joke and it seems like they just hired somebody to drive around on a golf cart and act like there working when really my 6 year old could get a apartment better ready then they can. Please do not rent here. Also look at the photos attached the have a ant problem.
