  • worst customer service ever and worst interenet provider ever.... they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone saying a credit has been issued but the next bill shows up with no credit... when you call in again for the SAME issue, they have no record of it... amazing this company is still in business!!!!!!!!!!
