  • Update! Went back to the store to complain and the manager sat with us as we explained the situation. He took notes and wrote our information down. We weren't expecting anything but he told us to expect a gift card in the mail. We were really appreciative that he listened to us and we're very happy that he wanted to make things right. Well guess what? It's two months later and no gift card! Never. Shopping. Here. Again.
