  • Bait and Switch! Buyer beware! I signed up for a plan to get the most basic internet and TV package. When I received my first bill it was $315 more than what we agreed to in the contract. When I called to get a clarification as to why, I was given the runaround with 3 reps. I was able to get my bill lowered, but it is not at all what I signed up for. My bill is almost double what we had agreed upon. I was told that there is no way they will give me the original plan that I had signed up for. Classic Bait-and-Switch! Consumer beware!
