  • When unexpected car woes plague you in the middle of the interstate on a busy Thursday night, you're stuck unable to pull over to the safest area because your car lost power, and everyone is zooming by at 65-80mph rocking your car.....having a tow come 10 minutes after you place the service call is INCREDIBLE! But it gets better. Who would expect great service from a tow? I didn't. Jon T from Big Valley Towing is a class act and was heaven sent. He called when he was approaching, spelled out what was going to happen next, said he was going to stay on the phone with me while he did this, reassured me to not be alarmed and to not get out of the car because of the sketchy area of the interstate we were at. It took him seconds to hook up and he towed me over to a safe spot on the shoulder so he could strap the car in. He put the heat on, offered me water, made sure I was comfortable before strapping the car in. He's definitely a people person and has a great sense of humor. It takes away from the unfortunate circumstances you're in. That's huge. The other cool thing was the price was more than reasonable. No after hours fees were incurred....it was the same rate you'd get during regular day business hours. He seemed honest and trustworthy and overall, just a super likable person. I don't know if you'd expect this experience when in need of a tow, but I sure didn't and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The dispatcher Larry was also very helpful and nice. Reasonable price, exemplary service, and fast response. Doesn't get any better. Hopefully I'm never in the position of needing this service, but if I do, I'm calling Big Valley Towing. Please keep up the great work!
