  • My original impressions were great. I signed up for an EMT refresher through their website and looked forward to it. Unfortunately, life happens and I was forced to cancel my attendance. Shortly thereafter, I was informed I would receive a refund and was pleased. But, as more and more time elapsed (and unanswered emails), I found I still had received no reimbursement. It has now been 3 months and based upon principle I have felt obligated to post a review. I cannot speak truly to the work of the instructors (they like are great), but the organization itself is not run well.
