What could of been a returning client as i was a walk-in . I was greeted greatly , asked what i was getting done today . I said the special the pedicure. As usual "ok , pick a color and sit down." Then I was asked to take a seat in the massage chairs for the pedi ,the nail tech had the hot I mean boiling hot water going , and no liner ! As I noticed. Was unsure of what to do after I had dunked my feet in . And tell her it was too hot . Waited about 5min for another tech to come . She gave me the little pamphlet in which the services are written on , on each one I read it stated what came with the service . 1 liner . Lol but no liner was used or offered . As more walk ins came in I saw how each of the where greeted and pointed to where they should be seated . All of them where offered the massage chair remote or was handed to them . Mean while . I was never offered it , I was reaching for it and the nail tech beside me noticed me reaching for it but never offered to hand it to me nor the nail tech that did my nails . I went in for a pedi & a full set and walked out with just a pedi. I told the nail tech I had a complaint. Which is pretty much what I'm typing now . And all she said I thought you didn't want it . Like really ? Never again , rather go to my favorite spot. Then trying a new place .
