  • This is a birthday party review. We threw a birthday party here yesterday. We were set up in a party room ready with supplies when we walked in. I coordinated with Century and she communicated with me through phone and email very well. I had some last minute menu changes and they were changed with no hassle. I also rented 4 walkers for my party. Lindy was our party host and she was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for being SO attentive and easy going! I'd also like to shout out Zack and the lady who worked at the concession stand. They were sooo nice to our guests. Even my guests made comments about how nice the staff were. The party was held during the public skate time, however, Zack allowed us to stay longer because there was a free slot time to skate. I paid extra per head... But at a discount!! Well worth my money! The staff allowed us to transition into the lobby. We didn't leave until 6pm. **this was just by chance! The pizza was great!! We ordered beef and cheese pizzas. The pitchers are huge! Loved the lemonade and fruit punch! Yes we brought our own cupcakes. Thank you Lindy for being so gracious. My family and I had so much fun! If you think that there are too many teens and kids here..the Fiesta Sobe Ice Arena is worse!!!!! Remember that the demographic at the Lakes and North town are different, so some reviews will vary depending on what side of town they're from. Some people take their "summerlin" & "southern highlands" status very seriously. My point is...the staff was great, the pizza is good, and my guests had a blast! ***just make sure you book a party room! If not, your party might end up in the lobby. I saw a party sectioned off upfront. I'm glad I didn't get that!
