  • Came here to redeem a $39 Groupon for a cut (fine print read: $20 extra for long hair which, lucky me, I have!) I ran about 15mins late to my appointment and ran the risk of running into the stylist's next appointment. The solution they offered was that I get a hair treatment while the stylist did the colour for the next client and then while the colour set, theyd come back to me. I accepted since being late was my fault. What they failed to mention to me was that this extra ten-minute conditioning treatment would be an additional $35! (My fault again, I shouldve asked... However I would hope for good measure that they wouldve told me) They were kind enough at the end to compromise with me (waiving the additional $20 for length if I paid for the treatment) after some frustration. I enjoyed my haircut and Lindsay, the stylist, was friendly. Would probably come back, although will definitely be more hesitant to accept any more kind offers...
