  • Well, the time to replace my keyboard arrived recently after I decided the old one looked thirsty and I gave it a big gulp of my ginger Kombucha. I can look back on it now and almost smile, but not really. We rode over to our local Best Buy on Mark's Street here in Henderson, NV and with some help, found the area we needed. As it typically works out, there were too many keyboards to choose from. That called for some expert help and we found that in a fantastic young man named Chris who is a Gaming Expert. Not sure I've ever thought I'd say this, but thanks to Chris, not only did we leave with a great keyboard, we really had fun selecting it! Wait, did I say we had fun shopping at Best Buy? Nothing against the store, I just don't usually associate 15 - 20 minutes of laughter and the fun associated with a type of store that usually makes me want to shop n'run! Chris took such great care of us and we would highly recommend you look him up next time you're there. Even though his area of expertise is in a different department, he happily helped us with our purchase. Good customer service is becoming a thing of these days, but not for Chris, it's alive a thriving. Find out for yourself! Thanks again Chris, you're the best!
