| - Buying a car sucks, if you disagree with me, tell me your secret. I'm an east coast girl with an east coast mentality. I want no nonsense, teach me, dont try to sell me. I was lucky enough to have Joe Biscardi as my sales person. He showed me my options until I found what I wanted, discussed the features with out pressure or pushy sales tactics. I felt like my brother was helping me choose a car. When it came to support and numbers, the Manager TJ worked with us until we were comfortable. I went to many dealers, drove many cars, the Jeep and the staff were what made me go back and buy a car. The only negative was the finance department. Be careful with what they try and sell you. Do your research before hand and know that the prices are all negotiable with the add ons, and that you do not need to decide then, you can buy any of those services later, and probably cheaper. The finance department keeps me from giving 5 stars. Oh and I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it rides like a dream!
