  • Booked a room with this hotel weeks in advance to watch my best friend graduate from college. We confirmed our reservation the day before and we were told we had until midnight to check in. After a 5-1/2 hour drive, and well before midnight, we are greeted by Mark at the front desk who tells us we never made a reservation. After showing him the confirmed reservation, he tells us he gave our room away and we would have to take a room with 1 King bed (there are 3 of us). When we told him that would not be acceptable, he offered no further assistance to make things right, call another hotel, nothing......so at 11:45pm we are in the parking lot with no hotel room to check in to and he is in the lobby reading a newspaper.
