  • At this point I only continue to shop here because it's my only option if I want to go to a physical store. The repair department is slower then using the free shipping method when buying something from China, the sales department is arrogant and makes you feel like an idiot if you don't know proper vocab even though you make far more then they do in an hour, and the rentals are way over priced and not helpful. Seriously not worth giving your business to.
