  • My mom had scheduled a representative to come do a demo at her house as she was in the market for a water softener. My family happened to be visiting at the time he came over. Scott did his presentation, he was very professional, and very knowledgeable. We were so amazed that not only did my mom buy a system, we ended up buying one for our house as well. Someone was able to come by and install the very next morning. I have noticed our skin is not as dry and you do use less products. Our dishes are sparkling and I have even noticed that our laundry feels different. The clothes come out cleaner, jeans even feel softer, and it is easier to get rid of stains. We are a family of 4 and I have 2 very young kids so the stains and laundry is never ending. The system uses salt which I have found to be about $5/bag. We have had the system for about a month and the salt is still half full. We have also had many visitors stay with us this month and my sister in law even said she didn't even have to use lotion while she was out here visiting. We are just in love with this system!!! I also love the fact that if you move, you can take the system with you and install in your new home. Scott did inform us that there is financing options available if needed. This system is worth it! I have to also add that they also gave us cleaning products and soaps that were Costco/Sam's Club on steroids sized. We would definitely recommend H2O to Go to others!
