  • I had coolsculpting done there. I had only one treatment and, to be fair, they said it could take up to 3 months to see results. It's been only two, but still no results. Katherine did my procedure. I asked her how many she had done (since she went and got the receptionist to confirm her technique!) and she said "too many to count". They had me drive up there (40 min each way) for a one month follow-up. The girl that did the coolsculpting was not even there. The receptionist took pictures. I had other questions. I was told Katherine would follow up with me. That has never happened. It seems that they never really expected me to have results from this procedure. I feel scammed.
