Zero star.
This hotel probably is the hotel that has the WORST customer service ever. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for about two hours for housekeeping to come.
My friend booked two rooms for her bachelorette party. When I arrived, I checked the bed as usual. I found stain and hair on the bed. Called the front desk. They apologized and said they will send someone right away. That was 12:15 in the morning. After 30 minutes, I called and asked when will they be arriving. They transferred me to housekeeping. Housekeeping told me that they got shifting change so it will take another 30 minutes. After waiting 2 hours, I called to talk to the manager and then I just got put on hold.
So here we are, after waiting 2 hours, now it's 3am in the morning due to daylight saving time. There's still no housekeeping showing up to clean this mess.
For a hotel like MGM, I'm really disappointed on how they don't give a shit about their guests. I will not stay here ever again and will recommend all my friends and family avoid this place as well.
Update: the housekeeping never showed up till 4am. Some great customer service.
