  • BLACK MOLD!!!!!! I have been a tenant for over a year & the more I interact with the owner I can tell he could care less about his tenants. He treats the tenants as if they are idiots & uneducated. I have never had any respiratory problems until moving into this home. Sinus infections, colds, etc. I had someone come test for black mold in the air ducts because there was never any visible black mold (probably been painted over). Sure enough it was everywhere. BEWARE! I'm sure this isn't the only home that he rents out that is contaminated. So now I am sick & pissed off from the treatment I have received. Doctor bills are piling up & it's only a matter of time until my lawyer presents them with this case.
