DON'T BOTHER!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They told me they would be coming out BETWEEN 10 and 11am a week in advance. So I prepared for that time. The day before it was time for them to come out, they decided to call me and say actually it's going to be BETWEEN 8 and 9 am. when they got there. I said okay that's fine even though I wasn't happy with them changing the time last minute. I was thinking they would be there around 8:15-8:30am.They came out right at 8 o'clock and then gave my mom a call at 8:03 because I didn't hear them at the door and they had her number as well. The lady in charge of scheduling did not even address herself or the company and said "They're outside waiting for you NOW!!!" In the rudest tone after calling my mom a million times instead of me. I caught Mike right as he was leaving 5 mins after 8am. I told him that I didn't know he was going to be there right at 8am and he says "we almost always start right at 8am". I had already cleared the area and moved some of the furniture the day before. The first thing that he does is asks me for a calculator so he can calculate the price. He was also unfriendly to begin with. I have a very small living space. Around 85 square ft and a medium sized couch. That's all that I wanted done! He said the total came out to $155! They couldn't give me an estimate to begin with I might add.This included their so-called 40% discount without pre-treating. My mom was the one paying and this was an unacceptable price for her. I put Mike on the phone with her to negotiate and she was pissed at this point. She told him, "I think this is an unfair price and the woman on the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to and acted like a total bitch." He immediately says, "I'm going to have to disconnect, I don't service people that cuss. I'm out of here!" He grabbed his stuff and took off leaving all my furniture moved around with the couch cushions out.I called Done Your Way cleaners and they said they would do it for $110 with pre-treatment. They also told me that they get ex customers of Coit calling them "all the time" because of their shitty service. By the way, they came out that same day right after Mike with no problem!
