rev:text	Yes, 5 stars are very well deserved. We bought two cars here in the last 12 months, had different sales professionals, service advisers, etc. They all are great people, friendly, knowledgeable, love their cars and are relaxed at the same time. You always feel welcome in a professional and positive way, unlike other dealerships where they try to push you and do what is best for them not for you. The funny thing is, we never considered a Mercedes for years, we were looking at all kind of other cars and then we gave it a try. It was such a great experience that we finally bought a ML. Now we were shopping for another car and the same thing happened again, they had the right car at the right price and went above and beyond to help us making a decision. Service experience for your car is as exceptional as buying a car, they just have their stuff together and get it right the first time. Compared to the other premium brands in North Scottsdale, Mercedes plays in another league.
