  • I want to say, don't take your car anywhere else! I'm a young girl who has never dealt with a mechanic before but I've heard so many horror stories I was terrified of where to go when I had some damage done to my car. I saw the great reviews of Ron Fassl and decided to nervously go in. Ron Jr immediately put my fears to rest. He was able to look at the damage right away, took the time to fully explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed, and gave me a price much lower than what I expected! It was fixed and drove perfect again in less than 24 hours. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, but told me what possible damage to look out for in the future that wasn't visible or a concern now. The best way I can describe his customer service is if I had a mechanic as an uncle, so genuine, caring, and kind. Thank you so much Ron!!!
