  • You will love this salon and more so, the people who work in it. I initially came to Refresh to see Ly for my nails. She is a detailed nail tech who truly wants her clients to be happy. She is so kind & professional. She always goes above and beyond my expectations (and I am also in a beauty service industry). Ly is very thorough and literally gets every little piece of cuticle/hang nail/dry skin so I have the cleanest nails ever! Carlos does my hair and wow, he is amazing. I have seen SO many colorists who have left me disappointed and was truly blessed to find him. He is extremely detailed and is a perfectionist which is what I had been missing in the past. Other stylists rushed through or the quality and consistency deteriorated over time. Not with Carlos! My husband has mentioned many times that I cannot have anyone else do my hair besides Carlos lol. If you want your stylist to truly listen to what you want, be a perfectionist with your color, and somehow keep your hair healthy (even with bleach) all the while, then Carlos is your guy. He truly values your business and I enjoy supporting him. Gregory provides the esthetic services and I def recommend his facials. He is also a lot of fun to talk to! I came to Refresh for a pedi and found all kinds of beauty pros!
