  • I went here to get an appliance. I don't think I've dealt with a person who cared less about customer service than the woman who "helped" us. We purchased it and were given assurances that turned out not to be true. The delivery guy was pretty cool, but there were problems that needed to be addressed and he was quickly out of the picture. Lowe's then sent someone out for an estimate, we never heard what it was, and then when we called they said we had declined it (fixing a problem they insisted wouldn't be one). Just horrible. I will never go to a Lowe's store again.
