  • Scheduled a 10:30 Shave and Haircut ($60). Showed up at 10:20, was quickly greeted, asked my name, and was told Johnny would be with me in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, with no further eye or verbal contact, I left. If someone is willing to pay $60 for a shave and a haircut, I would suggest you don't take them for granted. A simple, "sorry for the wait" would have gone a long way.
