  • For a Holiday Inn i found this new hotel clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The huge open floor plan lobby with its ample sitting area was modern and comfortable. The dining area had communal tables to accommodate large groups. Reception was quick and courteous. Rooms are standard and clean with flat screen tv and keurigs complete w pods. Bathroom was clean. Room entry had ceramic floor which i liked. I was forewarned about the valet parking at $18 which is ludicrous and outrageous considering the area. We're not talking NYC here. MINUS 2 stars for milking you with parking. Theres so much blight and empty lots in area. They seemed to have built a lot next to hotel but a big orange cone blocked its entrance. A few cars were in it. I think this is where valet puts your car. Behind the hotel is a huge indoor lot for employees of Cle clinic. I was able to park along side of hotel in street. No signage said I couldn't. Hopefully no problem.
