| - I'm not sure how they received such high reviews, being they are like any other used car dealerhship, SHADY and full of sales "talk."
Don't be fooled by their "A 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty and a 10 day exchange policy for your peace of mind", nor their "inspection process" nor the "The highest quality pre-owned vehicles that represent the best value anywhere."
First and foremost, I did not receive any sort of warranty with my vehicle. Odd, considering the home page of their site states, "A 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty and a 10 day exchange policy for your peace of mind" without any indication that not all vehicles are honored (under the warranty).
No sooner did I get the vehicle home the hydraulics in the hood did not work, their is a burning oil odor coming from the engine and who knows what other issues may come up once I bring to my mechanic.
I should have known to hire a 3rd party to do a thorough inspection on the vehicle, but like a fool, I fell for the sales talk and all the BS posted on their site.
Buyer Beware! Shady! Could have gone to Van Buren and paid less for what I was charged with the same hassle and lies!
UPDATE: Brought to the service center at "Certified" Benz & Beemer, was told by their "Service Advisor" there are no leaks in the vehicle. HA, really? I decided to bring to 2 different mechanics and both stated several leaks, missing oil pan gasket, ac belt is is worn needs replaced etc.. list goes on. Too many to list.. long story short, I was quoted by both mechanics (reputable with high reviews by Yelp, Google and recommended by ToFixIt.com), located in different areas of the Phx metroplex, total cost of repairs just over $1,100.00?!?!?! Are you kidding me?? Rather then dispute with this shady dealership, I'd rather suck up the cost and pay for the repairs. Apparently they did NOTHING to resolve the issue so why bother trying to get them to pay for all the costly repairs????
