  • I like Lando. I've been there a couple of times before and have had great service. This last time, I was a little disappointed because I waited 20 minutes for my hair stylist to get there for the appointment. I was about to leave but she arrived. So she was very friendly, however at the end of the experience later that day I realized the haircut was not what I expected. It was sort of too blunt for my taste. I called and I came in to get it fixed. What I appreciated was that the stylist didn't make me feel bad at all and was very accommodating to getting my hair the way I wanted! Next time, I'll be more verbal from the get-go. Aside from coming late to the appointment, she took the time and fixed my hair, acted professionally and provided me the haircut I wanted. Would definitely come back again!
