Nice people. They smile and are super friendly. That's where the good ends here. They took me back, made me wait forever to get my X-rays and teeth cleaned. Wouldn't have taken so long if they didn't try and sell me a bunch of crap. I went on expecting to pay nothing, yah for insurance! But nope they came in with a breakdown of all this stuff I "needed." Seriously I needed like 5 things because it's "recommended." The quotes price was $178... Seriously. I was like okay well, I don't need any of that stuff but I went with an antibiotic thing for like $63. Seemed like an okay thing to do.
I have a small tooth. It's not terrible just kinda looks odd. Dentist suggested getting it filled. I said yeah idk, two minutes later they bring in another quote for $2000+ but would discount it for $1000 something. Seriously, why would I pay 2 grand for something not even my wife cares about. I left there after an hour and a half of disappointment. I have a follow up I need to cancel because this place is terrible. It's my dental health they're messing with.
I have a dentist I went to in my hometown and he never sold me crap I didn't need. He and his hygienists always took care of me without selling me crap. I loved that place. If you like sales pitches and nice people but with bad customer service and sales techniques this is the place for you.
My wife went and saw them also. They called her badgering her to move her appointment earlier... She made it weeks ago planned around her schooling and they were like, are you sure you can't come in sooner...
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
