  • If I could, I would leave NO stars at all. I made an appointment 7 weeks ago with Dr. Coy. A week later, I came in and the lady at check in could not find my appt. She said that he was booked for the day. And told me to see Dr. Evenson instead, okay no problem. From the moment I walked in the door till the time I left, I was there for 2 hours & 47 minutes! I was told to call the referrals office re: my paperwork to see a specialist in a few days. I waited a week to call, the referrals dept. claimed they never received any paperwork from the main office or perhaps it was cancelled she had said? I was then transferred to the lady in the front desk, she assured me they would take care of it and call me back the following week. She never called me back, no one did. The poorest customer service! To make a long story short, after countless conversations between the referrals dept & the main office I still have NOT received my referral!!!! It has now been 7 weeks!!! But they had no problems what so ever billing my insurance company!!! Insurance & health care fraud at its best, with very little regard for the humanity. All they want is your time and money. This place is a joke! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
