rev:text	I brought my dog in with vomitting and lack of appetite. No x-ray, just blood work to let me know my dog had H-pyloria. Sent me home with meds and a $175 in bills, mind you I had the insurance. Brought the dog home...worse after 3 days. Took dog back was told I could have her euthanize, because no hope. Took my dog with a high recommendation the next day to Dr. Pflum in Henderson, without any hesitation, physically examined my dog and felt she had a blockage. Dr. Pflum immediately had my dog prepped for surgery and saved my dog Gabbie's life. Banfield Pet Vets are corporate vets that are unqualified to do anything but be fake and insincere. They mistreat your animals and have absolutely ZERO compassion for you or your pet. The techs are sadists. The vets are complete bafoons. I tried to cancel my 4 pugs insurance plan. It took about 20 phone calls and the end result was collections, which I don't care. At the end of the day, I have a blemish on my credit, but my 4 pugs are safe and have a terrific vet these last 2 years. RUN FROM THIS PLACES GROOMING SERVICE IT'S A SCAM TOO. ALL THE SERVICES ARE ALA CARTE. GET YOUR GROOMING AT HAP-EE-DOG ON EASTERN. INCLUDES EVERYTHING! Bath, ears, nails, anal glands for under $30. SMILES, COMPASSION AND RESPECT ARE FREE. THE BANFIELD PET INSURANCE WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR PLAN EVEN IF YOUR DOG EXPIRES. FACT. I'm writing this review now because my friend nearly lost her dog because of this places incompetence and lack thereof
