Went in today to cancel my membership only to find out it was already canceled 3 months ago! They switched their system and said "hundreds" of customers cards no longer worked with auto pay, like I had been doing for almost 2 years. The only communication they sent out regarding this issue was ONE email. I never got an email. No call, no letter in the mail. Poor customer service. Even when I asked to speak to a manager, the receptionist called her and said (in front of me) that I wanted to talk to her because I was late paying my bill!
