| - You cannot beat the location of the Monte Carlo. It's so conveniently located on the strip, and the trams make it even better.
However...
- Cheap room, I think we paid $80 for a Friday night
- Incredibly long line for check in
- Good parking lot, but bad signage on where to enter. We had to ask someone and pull a couple U turns
- Lots of construction going on
- Hallway to our room reeked of puke, and I'm pretty sure we spotted a large stain, though it had been cleaned up. Turned out the puker ended up in our room and left a little trail on the bed's dust ruffle. Thankfully, we were able to switch rooms, and Thelma, the security officer, let us into our new room until our keys were activated. Thanks, Thelma!
- Room was very average and bare bones. Bathroom showed age of the hotel: rusty bath spout, no soap dish, not much counter space for toiletries
- Good shower pressure at least!
- No fridge in the room, but I did find a safe as we were getting ready to leave
- Not enough outlets to charge all our devices
- Pools looked nice, with a small lazy river, but we didn't get to partake
- Very thin walls; you will hear all the toilets around you flushing and lots of talking in the hallway
