rev:text	This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I've been here three different times, however I should have stopped after the first time. The first two times I came here I was with male technicians- both of which cut my cuticle and had to use super glue to patch it back up so they could finish my manicure. Today I went and got a gel manicure- like I have done numerous times in the past- and not two hours after I got my nails done they began to peel off and bubble up. I was mortified, not only because I have NEVER had that happen with a gel manicure before, but also because I had such bad experiences with this place before (rude nail technicians, cuticle cutting, long wait times, etc.) that I was disappointed in myself for giving them another chance. I went back to Vivi Nails Spa once I discovered that my manicure was done poorly and asked for a full refund. They wouldn't give it to me. The lady I spoke with said that she would only give me a half refund, and then changed it to $30 (my total was $75 for both a gel mani and pedi) because she had already spent time with me doing the manicure (while being on the phone during half of my manicure and taking multiple breaks to text while doing my nails). After consistently trying to offer to fix my nails, she ripped off part of where the gel was lifting, making it worse (which I deem was a tactic to get me to fix my nails rather than getting a refund). The pictures shown in this review are not even 3 hours after getting my nails done. Do NOT go here. Rude nail technicians, awful service, and terrible quality. Spend your money at a nail salon with technicians that actually know what they're doing.
