  • I have been considering buying a Jeep and decided to go here to test drive a Wrangler. I walked around the lot for 15 minutes. Usually salesmen want to help you but there was no one to be seen. I went inside to ask to see a Wrangler I liked. The salesman, Ed, stood and stared at me while I tried to figure out the features of the Jeep. He was of no help at all. After test driving for 5 minutes he asked if I was buying it. I told him I had to think about it and that I wanted to sell my truck outright. He asked how much I was asking and when I told him he pretty much made fun of me and walked around my truck basically saying it wasn't worth what I wanted. He told me he was in the business for 40+ years so apparently he was supposed to know more than me when he didn't even know all the upgrades I had put into it and he didn't care either. All he wanted to do was make snarky remarks about how I would never get the money I wanted for my truck. He then went over to a group of salesman and they were all looking at my truck. I can only imagine he was making snarky remarks to them as I drove away. I would NEVER do business with a company who hires such uneducated salesman. He was dressed very unprofessionally as well. After selling cars for "40" years you would think he would know how to dress for his job. If you go here DO NOT deal with Ed unless you want to deal with one of the most unprofessional salesman you've ever seen!
