  • This is the worst Air Conditioning Co EVER!! They were supposed to fix my air a week ago but NEVER bothered to turn the report into the home warranty. I finally got back on schedule for today for 1-6 pm and the tech showed up at 10:30 am I was not home so he left. When I called them to say he had come early Alexis the person who answered said her computer system had been doing that that several people had called to say the tech came at a different time then scheduled ( which happened when the tech came to evaluate again coming early but I happened to be home). Now she says they can't come back until Monday between 1-6 ( we will see). It's record highs of 117 degrees and I have no air!! I have to board my dogs for an additional 4 days so that's an another expense!! DO NOT use this company!!!'nnnn
