  • Took my Volvo still under warranty in to address a grinding noise coming from the front axle. Service at Volvo Phx told me that it was due to the tires and "the age of the vehicle", and was promptly dismissed. Keep in mind the car is a 2014 and only has about 30k miles, so I found this hard to believe. Fast forward, tires are replaced and balanced, but grinding noise seems to be getting worse. Brought the car to Volvo of Tempe this time, turns out all of the wheel bearing in the front need to be replaced. Think I found my new service dept! Save yourself some time and money, don't bother with Volvo of Phx.
