  • So I woke up Sunday morning to a small puddle of oil in my driveway. The dealership just changed the oil on my new truck (last time I ever take advantage of my free oil change). I drove over to the jiffy lube which happened to be one of the only places open Sunday morning. Explained what was going on and the tech said it would be about 20 min before they can look at it. I waited and they checked out my truck. Turns out filter was not tightened properly. They also replaced the drain plug and gasket just to be safe. I went to pay and the guy said "don't worry about it. Just remember us for your future service" that was amazing customer service. I am sold. This is my new go to place for any and all fluid changes. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work!!
