I have been coming here since they were in their old location and unfortunately things are getting progressively worse. Miss Jeannie at the front desk is the places on constant, she is wonderful. I have really long hair and paid for my service up front (a perm tint) and since I have long hair that is really thick and curly, asked if I could get an experienced student. I got one. For 5 minutes then was turned over to a less experienced student because the teacher said she had to go on break. My color had been screwed up by a student on my prior visit and I stated I obviously needed it fixed. I GOT CHARGED DOUBLE! I had to pay to fix the error. I have such a sad face right now, it's been 3 weeks and my color has faded.
