  • I've been coming to this place for awhile every few weeks to get a manicure/pedicure. I have to say they did a lot better job when I first started coming, now my gel manicures only last a few days before they start chipping. The final straw was when I walked in first thing Saturday morning during their business hours to one lady who asked if I had an appt. I told her I did not but didn't mind waiting for the technicians to show up. She hesitated and when I asked how long until they showed up she stated " I don't know they come as people are scheduled and to come back later". Never had an issue prior to just walking in and sometimes had to wait but to be told they didn't know when people would be in to work during business hours was pretty unprofessional.
