  • I've been going to Eyebrows R Us for 6 years. This location only 6 months. I drove 20 minutes there to get my daughters eyebrows threaded. They close at 7 and I arrived at 6:50. The lady working refused to service us because she wouldn't finish by 7. So unprofessional!! If I'm in the door before closing and spent the time and gas driving down there, I should not be turned away. I don't care if there's 4 people waiting, if you're in the door before closing and it's a walk in facility, you should service everyone who walks in until closing. Horrible service!!
