| - SHAME ON YOU WTAH-I have been doing rescue work for this community for years,closely working wDr.Rollins as r vet.That was UNTIL the BIG employee turnover that started JAN '15 affecting ours & other relationships in the community w the hospital, staff & it's doctors.Their new office manager then, who frankly we feel came right out of 'posse comitatus'-mean as the day is long-rules w an iron fist-compassion level a minus 10.Treated us very disrespectfully from day 1-from lab work mishaps 2 unscheduled ultra sound appts,having us sit for hours-prescriptions labelled incorrectly-being put on hold for long periods at a time, attitude problems & so on; not to mention the numerous verbal break downs which started 2 snowball over the months out of control upsetting us withTHEM questioning OUR integrity.No matter how clear we were w staff & what r needs were on issues, we were horrified @ the mistruths & down right lies we caught them in.Regardless of any attempts to share our concerns with the partners as advised, WE & all 15 animals, were asked to leave wi no where to go, black balling us FROM ANY OF THEIR OTHER HOSPITALS AS WELL.-Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye,Sarival are all one entity. Any hospital that is open 7 days a wk in r immediate area, is 1 of their hospitals, which leaves us high & dry on care for not only r animals, but any animals from here on out that will need vet care after hours that a local vet doesn't offer.
We stayed with WT because like many of u, for their hrs, pay plans & them knowing the history on all r pets.The straw finally broke the camels back when I took in 2 rescue dogs,1 of whom was about to be put down in shelter. Both btw, had big donations attached 2 them for their medical which would b going 2 WT along w 2 new clients.When the few calls started coming n as pledged money for these 2, (just like before) they were turned away. I was horrified n embarrassed.Most pledges like 2 deal directly w a hospital so they know where the money's going.WT stated they don't take donations,it's against company policy(even though n the past it was never a problem),so u can imagine how upset we were 2 get a call like that in the middle of trying to help these 2 dogs.When speaking w Dr. Rollin's upon his return it became very clear that due 2 the numerous problems we had been experiencing w this hospital since the beginning of the year,) he felt his hands were tied (even though he was the owner) n it became clear instead of trying 2 work this out w us as I had requested a meeting with all 3 partners, being a long time client, spending thousands upon thousands at this hospital, now all 15 of my animals, most on numerous types of meds were being tossed out n the cold w no discussion.The worst part, corp advised they denied the allegations of the no donation policy.So we were lied 2 by the Dr. we treasured n never saw this side of him.Asking us to leave doesn't make these issues go away because the hospital doesn't want to hear it; n they certainly don't go away by asking a very upset client to leave labeling THEM- US a problem now-the long time client that got caught up n company politics, and then tossed out because WT just didn't want to hear it or fix the problem calling US disrespectful.They certainly didn't mind taking thousands of r dollars. Clients such as us will see more than most because we r there more than most.We are not the first to have taken issue with their office manager n her sadistic mannerism, and many who have expressed the same concerns on The Waddell Rag on Facebook have taken them down as I am sure they too were threatened by w Cease & Desist Letters as WT went so far to send me a Cease and Desist Letter for defamation of character of the hospital, when all I was doing was telling the truth n stating facts.Y have a review section if you can't be honest.WT doesn't want 2 know that u are upset w their customer service or any issue u may have, & god forbid you should let your feelings be known.It appears greed n high prices are what's running this hospital & asking for help w costs I'm sure made them cringe.I work w rescue & discarded animals & I can assure you,WT was NOT losing any money on me.U would think if u go to vet school,open a clinic-ask yourself y do so if you're going 2 turn away the ppl who r willing to donate money 2 yr hosp 2 help those animals n dire need who would hv been pts..SHAME ON U WT for putting this on us, yr clients, calling US the 1who were disrespectful after spending the ton's of cash we did supporting u.It's 2 bad we live so far out n the WV that really all that is here are Corp owned hospitals, and one's that don't have great hours and big prices as well.Now we use PURRFURRED PETS in Surprise who keep their costs down, and r here to serve the community-no drama, & AZ Animal Hosp n Scottsdale where Bret the Vet rocks it big time! Really think Neighbors before making a decision on where u take your beloved pets.WT!This was fall of '15.
