  • Extremely rude attendants. I don't give 1 stars unless it's horrible and I have to say this is horrible. It was a busy day and the lineup is pretty long so everyone was quick with their orders. I ordered a combo which comes with fries at least I thought I did. I got my water and then a minute later I got my sandwich. I said it also comes with fries. The attendant turns to me with the stink face and said, that is why I asked you if you wanted a donuts and etc. As she shakes her head at me. First off, I could not hear a word she was saying to me because of the noise and her strong accent. Secondly does she have to be so rude about it. Third, the combo said it comes with the wedges so why even ask me. Even if it was my error but it wasn't. I hope management gets this and seriously review what employees actually want to work and who doesn't. This is a customer facing job. I understand not all customers are pleasant to deal with but most are rationale and patient as I was to her. Any how, I simply left and didn't bother arguing or getting my potatoes wedges.
