  • No one at Bell Collision stands by their word. They act like they care about you when in fact it's all a front. Horrible paint job, cracking paint on the roof of my brand new SUV. None of the doors or trim line up. My hood is still an 1/8 of an inch off. The back lift gate leaks, rear window slams down when try to power it down. Also when we picked up the vehicle my husband immediately noticed many cosmetic issues and the huge misaligned lift gate. RAY SMITH assured us both that these things will be fixed. RAY SMITH then told my husband and I to take the vehicle home and really look it over and write everything down and to call BELL COLLISION to set up an appointment for these things to be addressed. With that information in hand we took the vehicle home and did just that. Blue tape everywhere. So many things wrong. To top it all off in the end I was told my warranty was void because I popped off a plastic rear footplate. Mind you through all of this, and at the time of vehicle pick up, cosmetic issue where brought up.
