  • I want to thank Officer Dowlen, who came to my rescue when I was stuck in the entrance lane to the 101 South on Scottsdale road without any power or hazard lights. He came upon us accidentally and stayed with me and my grandson for almost an hour while we waited for the tow truck. He was so polite, helpful and professional. I am sure he prevented someone from crashing into me by parking behind us with his lights flashing. The drivers there are CRAZY! The Scottsdale PD is the best!
