  • Salesman wasted our time trying to sell us the most expensive stuff instead of what we wanted. Spent almost 5 hours simply finalizing paperwork. They delivered the wrong chairs because the salesman ordered the wrong ones. Instead of taking these back and giving us what they wanted (which were on sale the day we went in) they made us pay 50 bucks for a restock fee and didn't give us the discount price. Alsodelivered a kitchen chair with uneven legs. 4 calls to customer service and 3 months later and nothing. Every time I call they have no record of my request. Sleazy managers and practices.
