  • Great concept. This is more of a novelty than anything else. It's expensive. The ice cream isn't very sweet - which was a disappointment. It tasted/reminded me of just frozen heavy cream than it did ice cream. Kind of frustrating that if you have more than one rolled ice cream order you'd have to go to multiple stations. Also annoying that after I paid for the coffee and donuts, the cashier and another employee went back and forth on whether or not they had it. It was like they didn't want to make it. We had two small and one large size rolled ice creams and it waited a good 15 minutes for it after ordering.
