  • I don't quite understand the complaints, but I think the Boulevard is a cool mall. It's your basic mall, very unpretentious with some cool finds. It's not highend, but it's far from ghetto. It's missing some of the major anchors that you would expect to see, but the renovations and the options are still decent. It's basic shopping for those wanting to shop on a budget. The food court is the same except they do have a soulfood restaurant that makes it a little somethin somethin lol. It's not soulfood that I would indulge in, but you do have it as a choice. But there are many more options. It's clean and it's safe. Lots of good parking.
