  • I am a former patient as of 1/16/20151, the office staff, lab and especially the office manager "Brenda" are horrible. I had Labs drawn due to an illness I was experiencing, the lab girl never turned my 5viles of blood into Sonora Labs and did not find out until 5 weeks later after asking over and over what my results were that they failed to process. Brenda has yet to call me back, this practice lost my entire family as patients, I am steering everyone I know away from this incompetent Office. I am now happy at Ocotillo Internal Medicine. I had to rate this Office, I rated it a 1 but it's actually a ZERO.!
